About Established Brands
Established Brands is a leading global developer of footwear, apparel and accessories brands. The company and its principals have led major product design efforts, branding initiatives and product launches for many of the world’s dominant brands – from Ralph Lauren and Fila to Ellesse, Sergio Tacchini, UGG, Teva, Puma and Nike.
The group’s success flows from the synergistic expertise of its leadership team, and their singular approach to brand creation and development. The projects and services performed by the Established Brands team have run the gamut of successful brand development, from inception to market prominence, for some of the most successful product line campaigns ever launched.
The company’s triumvirate of leaders – CEO Ron Page, COO Tom Seavey and VP Product Development Read Worth – brings more than 60 years’ combined experience and a spate of complementary creative and operational capabilities to bear in the world marketplace.
Established Brands effectively leverages Page’s extensive experience in the introduction of new product lines, categories and brands, and in creating and executing novel marketing and distribution strategies; Seavey’s passion for recognizing and meeting consumer demand, and his uncanny and inimitable ability to recognize viable, salable business propositions; and Worth’s consistent ability to produce brilliant, entirely distinctive and highly functional product and brand design, coupled with an unflinching commitment to matching his vision through uncompromising production.
Established Brands’ principals share a sustaining vision of “the brand” as a unique asset: an ongoing promise that an organization makes to the marketplace; and a living, evolving creation that builds and reinforces the connection between the organization and its users through its products, customer interactions and other key touch-points. Established Brands focuses on recognizing brands with inherent promise or value. The company then utilizes the skills of its team and industry partners to develop and execute an integrated set of creative and technological business strategies, which effectively grow the business by strengthening the brand’s market position.
In 2007, Established Brands entered a new phase of its’ evolution when it was entrusted by Switzerland-based Wenger, creator of the iconic Swiss Army Knife™, with the exclusive global license to manage and distribute all Wenger and SwissGear footwear. In this capacity, Established Brands will be responsible for all phases of the Wenger Footwear brand – from product design and development to manufacturing, marketing and distribution throughout the world.
In keeping with its own tradition of excellence and innovation, the Established Brands team is working with a group of rigorous manufacturers and the world’s top designers to produce an exceptional Wenger footwear brand true to the heritage of precision engineering, top-quality craftsmanship and multi-purpose application found in Wenger’s Swiss Army Knife.

Read Worth
Chief Creative Officer
Read’s 30-year career of leadership in the footwear and apparel industry is framed by his commitment to ensure that the product – designed and delivered – always transcends the essence of what people expect from the brand and provides them with a compelling reason to buy. And buy they have. During Read’s tenure as director of design and merchandising at Nike, his team of 160 designers/developers divided the brand into sub-brand, sport-specific collections – producing increased brand focus and continued dominance for this global icon. Under his leadership, Foot Locker's private label business revenues grew from startup to $485 million in a scant three years.
